こんにちは、理学療法士の山田です。ここ最近、人前で話す機会が多くなり、私の低くて通らない声を何とかしたいと思い、知り合いの主催する『発声セミナー』を受講してきました。 講師は、NPO法人劇団倶楽部『座』の代表、壌晴彦氏で、演劇の業界ではかなり有名な方だそうです。
内容は、発生のメカニズムから、相手の芯まで響かせるテクニックなど、論理的な解説と実技で、大変勉強になりました。講義の中で、声帯の構造や腹斜筋を意識して声を出すなど、解剖学や運動学も交えながら説明していただけたことは、私としてはとても馴染み易く、この点も良かったなと思いました。
頭では理解したのですが、実践となるとかなりの集中力が必要で、まだまだ台本なしでは人前で話せそうにありません(^^; 仕組みは分かったので、あとは練習あるのみ。人前に立つときは、皆さまに“ええ声”でお話しできるよう努力したいと思います。
